Pricing that follows scope, not seat licences
Application audits are priced from the number of systems, the evidence depth, and whether we work on-site in Miyagi or largely by remote interview. Figures below are guidance for planning — your scope letter locks the fee.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of distinct applications and environments (production only vs production plus standby)
- Quality of existing inventories and whether access exports are already available
- Need for Japanese and English dual-language findings packs
- Compressed calendars ahead of parent-company or lender reviews
- Travel outside Miyagi Prefecture
Deposits and invoicing
We invoice 40% on acceptance of the scope letter and the balance on delivery of the final findings pack. Deposits are subject to the terms on our refunds page.
What we do not charge for
Initial scoping calls of up to forty-five minutes, and clarifying questions while you decide whether to proceed, are not billed. We do not sell monthly subscription tiers for audit work.
